    Product Care

    We recommend gently handwashing your mat with a soft cloth or brush and liquid soap. Always check that the products you use to clean the mat are safe to use on silicone.

    It can be hung out to dry or wiped down with a soft absorbent cloth.

    The mat is also dishwasher safe. We recommend placing it in carefully to avoid the mat making contact with sharp objects like cutlery and knives which will damage the mat.

    Yes! Our silicone mats are very durable and flexible, so you can roll them up and take them anywhere. The mat will typically revert back to its original form within minutes when placed on a flat surface.

    Absolutely. Safety is our number one priority. Our mats are designed from pet safe silicone and are free of phthalate, PVC and BPA.

    In the rare event you believe your pet has ingested any of the mat, we strongly recommend contacting your vet immediately and following their instructions. The silicone may cause internal blockages and could be harmful for your pet.

    Coupons

    You can enter a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply add a product to your cart, follow the prompts to checkout and enter your code when the coupon field appears.

    Shipping

    Items are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday, or in the event of a public holiday, the next business day.

    Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days after your order is confirmed. Regional and rural orders can take longer.

    We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 AUD. Orders under $75 incur a flat $10 shipping fee.

    We currently only ship to Australia but will be expanding to international destinations in the coming months.

    Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details that allow you to follow your package journey.

    We ship packages daily from our office in Melbourne.

    Furley will not assume responsibility for any missing packages as long as we can verify successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

    Returns

    Returns or exchanges are accepted on items where the sealed bag containing the mat has not been opened or pieced. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the above requirements are met, please contact our support team at: support@furleypets.com.au to arrange your return.

    Shipping returned items to Furley is at the customer's expense.

    Upon receipt of your return and a thorough inspection, if the item is found to be in unopened and undamaged condition, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method and confirm the return is being processed via email.

    Should you encounter a manufacturing defect in the received item, kindly reach out to us at support@furleypets.com.au, attaching photos and including a description of the defect. We will guide you on the appropriate steps to address the issue.

    Please allow up to 10 business days for a refunded amount to reflect on your account. If, after 10 business days from the notification of receiving your return, you have not received the approved refund, please contact us at support@furleypets.com.au.

    We do not accept returns on items where the sealed bag containing the mat has been opened or pierced.

    If you have any doubts about the colour or size of the mat you have purchased, do not open the sealed bag containing the mat. Instead please get in touch with our support team at support@furleypets.com.au to arrange a return or a refund.

    Product Warranty

    Yes, we offer a 12 month limited warranty. This specifically covers manufacturing defects like damage to the silicone.

    Some minor inconsistencies in the mat shape when unrolled from the packaging box are to be expected, and usually resolve themselves after some time lying on a flat surface.

    • Wear and scuff marks on the silicone from normal pet use.
    • Marks, damage or discolouration caused as a result of hand-washing the mat, or running the mat through a dishwasher. Always check the products you are using to clean the mat are safe to use on silicone products.
    • Sun damage causing discolouration of the mat surface.
    • Any damage caused by a pet who has turned their mat into a chew toy. This can include bite marks, holes and tears in the silicone.
    • Damage or discolouration due to liquids being left on the mat for a prolonged period of time, or liquids which are corrosive or heavily coloured.
    • Damage incurred in a commercial setting, such as a pet store or shop display.
